This upcoming season we make the step up to take part in the Northern Ireland Football League’s Inaugural Reserve Championship/Under 20 bow, having had great success in recent seasons at Mid Ulster Football League Reserve Championship level we are now delighted to be part of NIFL’s exciting new Under 20 Reserve league where we will be playing the best teams in NI outside of the Danske Bank Premiership.

New U20′s Manager Alex Clifford is known well within the local area having previously managed Loughgall Lakers in 2013/14 and spent last 3 seasons with Armagh City FC winning the National League A section with the under 16s in 2015 and helping with the senior set-up in various roles, alongside coaching with Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon Council and IFA and holds UEFA B Licence, he was instrumental in getting Keith Kearney his recent move to Rochdale FC from Loughgall and Alex has many contacts within the game to push local talent on and we are delighted to have him onboard.
Alex had this to say on this new challenge “I am looking forward to a new challenge with Loughgall FC with the new under 20s league with the new training facilities in the form of a 3G in the pipeline this is a great opportunity for us to capitalise on the great work already taking place within the youth section to bring young players into the 1st team”
